Why Spiritual Direction

WHY SPIRITUAL DIRECTION?

THE BENEFITS

Spiritual direction leads you to a deeper love and acceptance of God and yourself; cultivates inner peace, and a gentleness with yourself and others; strengthens your confidence in God and yourself; and brings greater clarity and perspective, meaning and purpose in your life.

APPROACHING SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

– being intentional about my spiritual growth.
– attending to the Holy in my life.
– searching for that which satisfies my spiritual hunger.
– weaving “memory, story, experiences and incidences, feelings, relationships with others and with God, and prayer and listening into our conversations.”
