Christina Murphy is currently the Pastor of Horton Congregational Church, Horton, Michigan, where she has been a member for over thirty years. She and her husband, Chuck, have two grown children and four grandchildren. Chris earned her BA in Geography from Bowling Green State University and her MA in Spiritual Formation & Leadership (MSFL) from Spring Arbor University. She has been teaching courses on spiritual
disciplines at various churches and local retreats since 2011.
During the three-year MSFL journey, she learned what it was to not only believe in Jesus, but to walk with Him through this life, knowing and loving Him. The MSFL changed everything!

Prayer Have you ever felt lacking in your prayer life, either in the way you speak to God or in the regularity of your prayers to Him? Drawing on the practices of our spiritual ancestors, there are various ways and styles to enhance your connectivity with the Divine. We will be covering three of these practices, learning how to incorporate them into your daily life during this Transformational Retreat.
